10:00 - 10:30 Guests arrival
The groom will be waiting at St. Havel and welcoming the guests while the bride is finishing the last preparations. Please, arrive on time but also not too soon.
11:00 Ceremony
The ceremony should take place in the gardens, if the weather is not agreeable, the ceremony will be moved to the chapel. After the ceremony there will be time for well wishings and the newlyweds will walk through a lane right to the group photo session.
11:45 Group photo session
We will first take photos in line with the planed groups list, if you want another photo with the couple, there will be an opportunity after.
12:30 Toast and lunch
After the photos have been taken, there will be a toast and a lunch. There will be a preordered menu, but we will try to accommodate the dietary restrictions based on what you filled out in the questionnaire.
13:30 Drive to Podolí
After the lunch is concluded, it is time to move the party to Podolí (Olbramovice). You can go on your own as you need or wait and join the convoy behind the newlyweds as they leave, there will be decorations for the cars prepared.
14:30 Arrival to Podolí
The drive should take about an hour based on the traffic. The groom’s father will already be waiting in Podolí and welcome the first guests as they arrive. If you are delayed on the way do not worry, we have enough slack in the schedule.
16:00 Toast, cake and coffee
The next joint part of the program awaits us at 16:00, so that everyone have enough time to arrive and get settled, even if they are staying in one of the hotels in the vicinity and need to check in. Then we will meet for the second toast and cutting of the wedding cake.
16:45 Bouquet "toss"
The bouquet toss will be done in a bit less traditional way and we also have a variation for the gentelmen prepared.
17:15 Wedding games
We prepared a couple of wedding games for both the newlyweds and the guests – the “Shoe game” and an “Year with the newlyweds”.
18:30 Newlywed couple portraits
The newlyweds will disappear for about an hour to have portraits at sunset taken.
20:00 First dance
The first dance will take place after the sunset.
20:15 Party
From this point the party continues and at some point in the evening there will be a Kahoot quiz with the newlyweds prepared.
